Refund Policy

You have the right to revoke this contract within seven days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is seven days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vlad Manea, e-mail: info@vlad-manea.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

When purchasing digital products (Lightroom presets, LUTs and other digital goods in the form of software or files), the purchaser automatically waives the right of withdrawal, as digital goods/downloads irrevocably become the property of the purchaser after download. In this case, a revocation cannot be made after the purchase.

Sie haben das Recht, binnen sieben Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt sieben Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Vlad Manea, E-Mail: info@vlad-manea.de) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief, Telefax oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Beim Kauf digitaler Produkte (Lightroom-Presets, LUTs und andere digitale Güter in Form von Software oder Dateien) verzichtet der Käufer automatisch auf das Widerrufsrecht, da digitale Güter/Downloads nach dem Download unwiderruflich in das Eigentum des Käufers übergehen. In diesem Fall ist ein Widerruf nach dem Kauf nicht mehr möglich.
